CARS MUST BE 1999 and OLDER
Gates Open at 7:00 a.m.
All vehicles must be parked by 10:00 a.m.
No holding parking spaces
Registered vehicle owners receive dash plaques and goodie bags.

Pre-registration by May 22^nd $20 per car
Absolutely no alcohol allowed (Rochester City Ordinance)
